Point is, I’ve been there, struggled with weight not knowing which way to turn. All the fad diets you name it I tried. I’d buy a magazine because it had “lose weight” on the front.... I mean grapefruit diet? Yep I tried that one too 🙈
But now I don’t “diet”. I’m a very busy mum of a nearly 9 year old and a nearly 19 month old. If I fail to prep my food, then yes, I find myself eating the wrong foods. When I prep and fuel my body with the right nutrition I’m raring to go!!! Weight training is the way forward ladies.... i am soooooo really to step up my game and hit the heavier weights. That and a combination of my Bodypump classes and some HIIT training is my next goal again.
I’ll never strive for perfection, because I’ll never achieve that. I’ll never be a fitness model and nor am I aiming to be that.
