Today is my Back&Triceps day. Each of this muscles growth has its own advantages for our body.
Upper back muscles and lats form one of the largest areas of the upper body and therefore essential in hypertrophy workouts as well as fat loss workouts. Because these areas are so significant, back strengthening exercises will help you improve your maxes on most other upper body lifts.
In todays world, most of the people suffer from low back pain and posture asymetry. So that,  good back workout is very important for posture correction and therapy of spinal pain.
The triceps are also play an important role in our daily life. Strong triceps are necessary for every pushing movement and some pulling movements as well where the arms are close to the body during the movement and it icreases your workout performance.
My Back and Triceps program as below:
1.Lat Pulldowns 4set x 10 rep.
2.Cable Rows 4set x 10 rep.
3.Dumbell Rows 4set x 10 rep.
4.Rack Pulls 4set x 10 rep.
5.Hyperextension (with weight) 4set x 10 rep.
6. Reverse Lat Pulldown 4set x 10 rep
7. Barbell Shrugs 4set x failure
1.Close Grip Bench Press 4set x 10 rep.
2. Skullcrushers 4set x 10 rep.
3. Straight Bar Push Down 4set x 10 rep.
